First, pick a niche within the niche. Even if you really want to generalized life coaching, segmenting how you sell yourself to a very specific audience will allow you to stand out, and charge more as well.
For example, most business coaches end up doing a lot of generalized life coaching as well! But, because they are "specialists", and focus on a very lucrative market, the pay scale is much better.
Next, break your business down to 6 simple steps.

  2. Character (your public face or brand identity)
  3. Community (your tribe or ideal audience)
  4. Conversation (the message and relationship you cultivate with your audience)
  5. Curriculum (what you offer that transforms lives. Can be a product or a process)
  6. Conversion (the system that enables you turn a small percentage of your community into clients... and cash flow)
